The workman arrived on time, was polite, and fixed the issue in about half an hour.  He refused payment which was very nice of him.  He explained that the issue may recur and require further work. They worked efficiently together, and I found them to be hard working and honest people to deal with. Communication with them was easy prior to install, and the information they provided was invaluable. John and Dan were always punctual, carried out all aspects of the work to a high standard and I am very satisfied with the end result they have created. In particular, the attention to detail with the tiling work was impressive. Dan and John were careful to install the large format tiles on the feature wall. I needed it repairing so I contacted Perfect Install who said they would be happy to look at it for me and offered me times and dates to attend. They said they would arrive at 9 am and so they did. John and Dan carried out the repair work and did a fantastic job even replacing the sealant round the shower tray which also needed doing. John and Dan were friendly, courteous, informative and professional. I couldn’t be happier with the work they’ve done. I’m very impressed and will be recommending them to all my friends and family.
