Dan and John installed underfloor heating, decorated and installed our kitchen, including tiling, and did a great job. We are so pleased with how it all looks! We were unable to open the door to our shower enclosure, as the door hinges had slipped. The workman arrived on time, was polite, and fixed the issue in about half an hour.  He refused payment which was very nice of him.  He explained that the issue may recur and require further work. Choosing Perfect Install Ltd for our bathroom renovation was the best decision we made! The team was always on time and provided the best advice every step of the way. John and Dan renovated our bathroom recently and I found them both to be friendly, hard working and they paid attention to even the small details. They kept us informed of what they were doing and checked what we wanted every step of the way. They removed all the old fittings, fixtures and tiles and then replaced with completely new ones and did an excellent job. I am really pleased with how the bathroom has turned out. They were punctual everyday, polite and I could not recommend them more. They would go the extra mile. I would highly recommend John and Dan from Perfect Install, who both recently carried out a full tear out and refit of my ensuite bathroom. They worked efficiently together, and I found them to be hard working and honest people to deal with. Communication with them was easy prior to install, and the information they provided was invaluable. John and Dan were always punctual, carried out all aspects of the work to a high standard and I am very satisfied with the end result they have created. In particular, the attention to detail with the tiling work was impressive. Dan and John were careful to install the large format tiles on the feature wall. Additionally, on other walls they demonstrated their skillfulness by cutting bevel edges on the medium size tiles for a seamless look. Really pleased with Perfect Install team. We had a rather complex floor tiling repair and replacement in our kitchen, as well as some additional smaller jobs (bathtub sealing etc). Dan and John arrived as agreed and worked carefully to fix the problem. All was done to the highest satisfaction. I had a problem with my glass corner shower cubicle. Basically it hadn’t been fitted properly and was slowly coming apart. I needed it repairing so I contacted Perfect Install who said they would be happy to look at it for me and offered me times and dates to attend. They said they would arrive at 9 am and so they did. John and Dan carried out the repair work and did a fantastic job even replacing the sealant round the shower tray which also needed doing. John and Dan were friendly, courteous, informative and professional. I couldn’t be happier with the work they’ve done. I’m very impressed and will be recommending them to all my friends and family.
