Based on these findings, we prepare a structured maintenance schedule, which is included in the contract.
For example, if a property is contracted for two hours per month, the landlord will receive a free monthly report along with a list of identified issues and a maintenance plan specifying the time allocated for each task. Any unused maintenance hours will roll over, allowing landlords to accumulate time for larger projects, such as a full kitchen repaint or even a complete property refresh at the end of the year.
